Food Vendor's Contract

October 3rd & 4th, 2026

Festival Hours: Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm / Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm

I hereby make an application for booth space for food vendor purposes at the above-named festival. I agree to abide by the following for inspection.

1. Vendor agrees to pay $150.00 w/o electric or $175.00 w/electric hookup space before September 11. Applications received after this date will have a late fee of $50.00. No applications will be accepted at the festival.
2. Vendors are required to apply for a Health Certificate from the Washington County Health Department. This will need to be available for inspection. WCHD:812-883-5603
3. Food Vendors must be set up and ready to open at 10:00am each day. All vehicles used to deliver your supplies must be moved from this area by 9:00am. This will be monitored so we ask you to do this as quickly as possible.
4. If you wish to leave your display up on Saturday night the Washington County Historical Society & OSD-1, INC will not be responsible for damage or theft.
5. Tear down will not begin until after the closing time of the festival. Vehicles will be allowed on grounds after closing ONLY.
6. Vendors will be assigned space by festival committee members. Vendors will supply space requirements with application. Vendors will supply tables, chairs, and accessories. Vendors will supply ALL electrical items needed for hookup as well water hoses. (Electrical requirements & photo of hookup MUST be included and listed on the application) 
7. Vendors will keep the same space on Saturday & Sunday. AREA MUST ВЕ CLEANED BEFORE LEAVING
8. Leaving early, changing assigned spaces, or vehicle violation will result in not being invited back. Per discretion of the OSD-1, INC Board.
9. OSD-1 INC shall not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the vendor, his/her employee(s) and all additional parties you would bring to the Old Settlers Day Festival.
10. OSD-1 INC & Washington County Historical Society will provide NO insurance. All insurance must be placed and paid for by the vendor.
11. All vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance for an amount of not less than $300,000.00 prior to setting up their exhibit. The certificate holder shall be OSD-1, INC. Contact your insurance agent for the certificate and mail along with the completed application.
